Dr. Crysana Copland, ND is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2020 with a Doctor of Naturopathy. During her 4th year clinical rotation, she took part in the Sports Medicine focus shift. She also attended the University of Ottawa, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics.

Dr. Copland has an eclectic practice with interests in mental health, performance in sport and life, and chronic pain, and uses the mind-body connection, education, and building the pillars of health to treat these and many other conditions. She uses nutrition and lifestyle counselling, botanical herbs, nutraceuticals, and more in her treatments. She believes strongly in co-operative, patient-centred care, as every person’s life, health goals, and needs are individual.

Francine Dixon is a registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. She received her Diploma in Acupuncture in 2017 from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine (AIM) Academy in Toronto and was certified as a Life & Meditation Coach in 2020 and received certification as a Nutrition Coach in 2024. While recovering from an injury she discovered the benefits of alternative medicine which led to her transitioning her professional focus from Business Management & Training to Chinese Medicine. It is a combination of personal experience, formal training, and a true passion for supporting her clients along their healing journey that creates a restorative experience for the mind and body. Francine’s approach starts with establishing a connection with her clients by understanding their needs and helping them to understand the mind and body connection.
